Tiffany has been part of the Caring Transitions family for over five years, walking alongside individuals and families during some of their most emotional and uncertain seasons. Over time, this work became deeply personal to me. I witnessed how powerful it can be to simply show up, listen with care, and offer steady support when everything feels overwhelming. Todd comes from a background in manufacturing engineering within the trucking and automotive industries, and he’s also a proud military veteran. His career has always been rooted in structure, problem-solving, and following things through to the end. When his company closed and relocated, it opened the door to a new chapter. Seeing the meaningful impact of this work firsthand helped make that next step clear for both of us. Taking over Caring Transitions of Charleston felt like a natural and heartfelt decision. It allows us to blend experience, compassion, and purpose while truly helping others navigate major life changes.
